The Bouldin Creek area is made up of several neighborhoods that although they blend from one to the other, they go by different names. The largest is the James E. Bouldin South addition, that along with the South addition, North addition, the J.E. Bouldin Estates, and Bouldin Creek make up a good part of this neighborhood. There is also some newer construction areas known as Bouldin Creek Cottages and The Crossing at Bouldin Creek. All of these tend to merge rather seamlessly into one area of widely diverse home styles. Along with homes built in the very late 1890’s there are also homes that have been built as recently as 2009.
